Why did touchless automatic stop washing my car?
- if the arm of the automatic wash touches anything during its cycle, including mirrors, antennas, brush guards, or tail hitch, the wash will automatically shut down. Please be sure you follow instructions on when to stop your vehicle and stay within the ground markings.
How do I use the self serve wash?
- to start the wash you will need to insert payment type, then wash will begin in count-up mode. You can turn the dial to different functions and use corresponding equipment. When you are done washing, replace equipment and press the button to stop counting of time and to end the transaction.
Why is the soap not working in self serve bay?
- when you rotate switch to a new function, you need to wait about 5 seconds for the product to come through the lines before you will see it coming out in the bay

Do I have to use all the options for self serve wash?
- No, you can use as many options as you like. you can view in-bay signs to help you determine order of items. You may skip any you wish but I do not recommend skipping the spot free rinse as the final step to provide you with the best possible shine.
